Orders placed before 3 PM are processed and shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 3 PM are processed and shipped the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Express Shipping: 3-5 days

International Shipping: 7-10 Days

Shipping Charges:

Free shipping is available on orders over 999.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

A proper box opening video is required as proof for any return request.

Non-Returnable Items:

Personalized or custom-made products.

Used or damaged items (unless received defective).

Return Process:

Our team will review the video and provide return instructions and an address.

Ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs may apply.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item along with the box opening video, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days.
